Scope of Work:
We are moving our main site and helpdesk to a new server starting at
20:00 PST (GMT -8:00) on Monday August 2, 2021. During this maintenance
window, we will be pointing to a temporary server, but the helpdesk will
be inaccessible. We anticipate it will take a few hours to complete.
We will bring up the main site as fast as possible, and thus the live
support / live chat option will be available. Please use it if you need
immediate support as our technicians will be standing by to happily
assist you.  We are also updating our billing software and the two systems (billing) and support will be linked. 

If you cannot login to support, please register using your existing email and it will pull your records and you will be good to go.
